Born in Rimini in 1997, his rise has been lightning-fast: he started to ride at just 3 years and 3 months (hence number 33 on his bike). Enea Bastianini made his debut in the Moto3 World Championship in 2014, taking three podiums and forging the title of ‘Rookie of the Year’. 2015 saw the Italian take his first win, coming at home at the Misano GP and another five podiums helped him finish third in the championship. Continuing on a Honda in 2016, fought hard for the entire year closing the season as vice-champion. Bastianini ended 2017 in sixth with 3 podiums and now heads into 2018 aiming for victory with Leopard Racing.

Lorenzo lands in the orbit of the Leopard Racing Team with a respectable resume: in 2016, the Tuscan became the FIM CEV Repsol Moto3 Junior champion, with four wins. In 2015 he made his debut in the Moto3 World Championship with the Husqvarna Team and in his third race at Silverstone, he landed an extremely impressive 8th position.Last season the young Italian talent raced a Mahindra in the Aspar team but struggled to achieve significant results. For 2018 he joins Leopard Racing, Lorenzo given a chance to regain his competitiveness.
